Group Training and Wellness

Pursue the benefits of group training with others in the Billings community. I am pleased to offer relevant classes at various times throughout the year. The two most recent classes I have developed and offered are CheckPoints for Total Health and Young Athletes Camp--these are described below.

CHECKPOINTS for Total Health
CheckPoints is a 6-week group training class. The first class was offered in Spring 2019 and was a great success. I plan to offer it periodically and to also start working on an e-Book. The class is an exploration of spiritual truths and connections that God sees between our body, mind and spirit. The class consists of:
--a 45 min. workout suitable for all fitness levels --a 30 min. Bible study on the following CheckPoints each week: 1. Image Bearers 2. Kingdom Dwellers 3. Power Receivers 4. Noise Cancelers 5. Iron Sharpeners 6. Self Examiners Participants benefit from the relationships they build with other class members and the motivation and accountability that is unique to group training. Young Athletes Conditioning Camp
This past June and July, I offered a Young Athletes Conditioning Class. The class met for an hour twice each week on Tuesday & Thursday morning for 6 weeks. Class emphasis was to improve the athletic essentials of core stability, strength, speed and agility. Campers were also engaged in short but critical group discussions covering topics such as:
1. the importance of having GRIT 2. deliberate practice 3. activity calendars 4. school sports tryouts strategy 5. earning more playing time 6. nutrition, water and sleep 7. multi-sport vs. specialization 8. traits of great athletes 9. sports and life lessons 10. top athletic movements I will offer this class in the future as the group is the right size--please inquire. |

Online Fitness and Coaching
Clients can choose to work with me online in part or completely through the ONE Fitness online fitness and coaching option. Training Product Reviews
Massage therapy can help maintain muscle health and provide relief from soreness for a fitness lifestyle...but...for less than the price of a single massage, you can purchase the Shiatsu Massager and still get good results that you can truly afford. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas to take to college--she was looking for relief from the stiff neck she gets from long study sessions.
